The May Bank Holiday Weekend is going off with a bang in Reading with the Mapledurham Food Festival!

From the fantastic Chef's and Demonstrators to Boating Trips and Arts and Crafts, there's so much going on at the Mapledurham Food Festival.

The Chef's and Demonstrators attending include...

  • The Baker Brothers
  • Paul Jagger (Winner of Christmas GBBO)
  • Stephanie Moon
  • John Wright
  • Clover Hutson
  • Mark Lloyd
  • Fiona Sciolti
  • Richard Fox

There will be plenty of free hands on master classes and tasting sessions, including the social kitchen and BBQ theatre!

Of course, the Mapledurham Food Festival organisers want to get the kids involved too, which is why there are free activities for them to get involved in such as children's cookery, storytelling, food lab, arts and crafts and treasure hunts.

Also make the most of the day by taking part in the non-cookery activities, such as the foraging walks, boating, pottery, live music stage and more!

It's a day to be enjoyed by everyone - and a very inexpensive one too! Here are the admission prices:

  • Adults: £5.50 online (or £7 on the day)
  • Children (aged 6-16yrs): £1.00
  • Seniors: £5.00 online (or £6 on the day)
  • Family ticket (2 adults, 2 children): £12 online or £15 on the day.
