Goods: Fresh Meats, Poultry, Free-Range Eggs, Local Cheeses, Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, Cakes and Pastries. 

About: Reading Farmers' Market provides fresh produce at a fair price. Goods are sold to you directly by the people who produce them and all organic or free range produce comes from within a 30 mile radius of Reading. 

Bracknell Market

Where: High Street (East)

When: Fridays and Saturdays

Time: 9.00am to 4.30pm

Goods: Fruit and Vegetables, Meat, Jewellery and much more.

About: Bracknell Market boasts a diverse range of stalls offering everything from homewares to the latest fashions. There's also a wide selection of locally sourced produce and indulgent treats. The market is in full swing on Saturdays.

Thatcham Market

Where: Thatcham

When: Every Wednesday

Time: 10:00am to 11:30am

Goods: Homemade Cakes, Free Range Eggs, Local Honey, Cards, Jewellery and Baby Clothes. 

About: Although it's predominantly a food-based market, Thatcham also boasts a variety of stalls selling clothes, jewellery and homeware. There's also plenty of nearby cafes to enjoy a cup of coffee and a slice of cake after a busy morning shopping. 

Newbury Charter Market

Where: Newbury

When: Thursdays and Saturdays
