PHOENIX - Butterfly Run is part of Phoenix Running’s medal series and uses a flat out-and-back course along the River Thames towpath. Runners can choose a 10k entry (or go longer) using the timed lap format within a 7-hour overall time limit, with flexible start times within a one-hour window.
