About: Gypsy Dynamite is an acoustic guitar duo founded by Giulio Romano Malaisi (acoustic guitar) and Filippo Dall’Asta (gypsy guitar), rooted in the tradition of Django Reinhardt and fusing Gypsy Swing with influences from Italian jazz, classical music, and rock. The duo formed in 2011 after meeting in a pub in West London and has built a reputation performing across Europe and beyond.

For the 15th anniversary, the duo returns with a brand-new show premiering in the UK this October. They have appeared at major UK venues including the 606 Club, Green Note, Oriole Bar and Toulouse Lautrec Jazz Club, bringing a modern twist to traditional gypsy jazz.
