A two-hour guided Cacao and Sound Bath Journey with Danielle North at Soul Barns, Mortimer Common (near Reading). The experience begins with a cup of 100% ceremonial-grade cacao and a guided meditation supported by drumming, followed by a sound bath with gong vibrations designed to release tension and encourage deep rest.

What to know: Everything is provided. Attendees may wish to bring a water bottle, arrive a few minutes early, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for sitting and lying down on the floor.

Cacao guidance: Cacao contains theobromine and may raise heart rate and blood pressure. If pregnant, breastfeeding, with a heart condition, taking antidepressants, or caffeine-sensitive, a smaller serving or non-cacao alternative can be offered.
