The Donut Dash

A 7-hour inclusive running challenge along the River Thames in Staines, with flexible distances from 3km up to ultra and a donut-themed finish.

The Donut Dash is a 7-hour time challenge event organised by Saturn Running, taking place on Sunday 29 November 2026 in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey.

This inclusive event welcomes runners and walkers and allows participants to choose their distance on the day, from a minimum of 3km (part-lap option) up to marathon and ultra distances, within the overall 7-hour time limit.

Course: A signed out-and-back route along a stretch of the River Thames, mainly on paths/tarmac with a short grass section. Road shoes are suitable year-round.
