What to bring / wear:

• Comfortable lightweight clothing (no jeans)
• Footwear that can get wet (old trainers/neoprene shoes/boat shoes)
• Change of clothes, towel, and spare shoes

On the day: Participants should arrive on time to avoid missing their session. Sessions start and end at the clubhouse. Toilet available; no changing facilities.
