A flexible 7-hour running time challenge along the River Thames in Staines, with distance options from 3km to 50km and beyond.

Midweek Medal Madness Run - July takes place on Friday 24th July 2026 at Runnymede Pleasure Grounds, Staines.

This is a flexible 7-hour time challenge where participants choose their distance on the day, from a minimum of 3km up to ultra distances (including 50km). The course follows a beautiful stretch of the River Thames and is fully signed, with a mix of path/tarmac and grass/light trail. Aid and drinks tables are available at the start/finish of each lap.
