PHOENIX Fridays - Quackers Friday

A flexible Friday timed running event along the River Thames in Walton-on-Thames with distances from 5k to ultra marathon on a flat out-and-back course.

PHOENIX Fridays - Quackers Friday takes place on Friday 24th July 2026 in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey.

This Phoenix Running timed event offers flexible “rock up and run” start times. Participants choose how many laps to complete of a 5.3km (3.28 mile) out-and-back riverside towpath course along the Thames. Distances include 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon and ultra (7-hour timed). Finishers receive a bespoke medal, with a chance to select from Rubber Ducky medal designs.
