Is Summer here yet? Nearly… nearly! To get you in the mood for the sunshine, the guys at Novel Wines have picked a rosé that’s SURE to get any wine lover drinking pink this May. Made by the organic wine wizards at Cantine Colomba Bianca, their Gazzera Rosé is a bottle of Sicilian sunshine.

Created from 100% Nero d’Avola (usually found in ultra-drinkable, jammy reds), this rosé is a soft, dry wine with pronounced cherry and strawberry bursts. Finishes with refreshing floral notes of rosewater and jasmine. Pair with spicy stir fries, Chinese sweet n’ sour cuisine or a Summery crushed meringue and berries. Mmm.
